Shotover Block $21 pp Bulk Booking over 10 persons.  Sleeps 30, 4 per room, one room sleeps 6, under aged 5 free Own kitchen and dining facilities.     ($25 pp per night under 10 persons if available.) No bedding provided
Main Camp
Kawarau Dorm Block
$21 pp Bulk Booking (Sleeps 50, 10 per room) under aged 5 free. No bedding provided
Cabins $21 pp Bulk Booking (sleeps 4 per cabin) under aged 5 free. Cabins cannot be booked on their own.                                   No bedding provided
CHALETS X 2 Each Chalet sleeps  12 persons and  has a minimum charge of $250.00 per night up to 5 persons, plus $25.00 extra person per night. Under 5 free
Each chalet has two rooms with twin beds and two rooms with 2 sets of bunks in each. Full bedding provided.
FLAT

$140 minimum charge for 2 + $25 for each extra person
(sleeps 4 over two rooms, one double and one twin) under aged 5 free. Full bedding provided.
LINEN HIRE Linen must be ordered at least 2 weeks before arrival. A full bed pack is $20.00 per person. (Duvet, sheets,pillow & slip,towel. These can be hired individually) Sheet sets $10.00  Duvet $5 each.  Pillows $3 each. Towels $3       Linen Pack $20
DEPOSITS Your booking remains unconfirmed until a deposit is received.Deposits are not refundable if cancelled within 4 months of arrival date.
PAYMENT All camp fees are to be paid in full prior to departure unless previously arranged with management. Payment can be made by cheque, eftpos, credit card or direct debit.

CAMP POLICY
(a) If the main camp is not over 80% full camp management have the right to book in another group following consultation with the booked group.
(b) Should you request the sole use of the camp but camper numbers are insufficient to fully utilize the facilities, the camp management reserves the right to charge for a percentage of the unused rooms.
(c) When small groups using the camp, request the sole use of the main kitchen, dinning or auditorium there will be a surcharge as this restricts the use of the camp facilities for other camp bookings.
