MAIN CAMP
Groups $24 pp per night for groups with less than 6 people
$20 per night for groups with over 6. under aged 5 free
Shotover Block $20 pp (Sleeps 30, 4 per room, one room sleeps 6) under aged 5 free
Kawarau Block $20 pp (Sleeps 50, 10 per room) under aged 5 free
Cabins $20 pp (sleeps 4 per cabin) under aged 5 free
CHALETS X 2 Minimum charge of $150 per night for the first 5 people, then $25 pp per night thereafter. under aged 5 free
Each chalet sleeps 12 (2 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with 2 sets of bunks in each)
FLAT / MOTEL
4 star
$120 minimum charge for 2 + $20 for each extra person
(sleeps 4 in two rooms) under aged 5 free
TENT SITES $14 pp (under 5 free)
POWERED SITES $15 pp Campervans & Caravans (under aged 5 free)
DAY VISITORS $9 Adults (under 4 no charge)
LINEN HIRE $10 pp (pillowslip, sheets for the length of stay). $5pp Duvet for length of stay or by arrangement with management.
DEPOSITS Deposits are not refundable if cancelled within 2 months of arrival date/ 1 month for family groups.
PAYMENT All camp fees are to be paid in full prior to departure unless previously arranged with management. Payment can be made by cheque, eftpos, credit card or direct debit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
(a) If the main camp is not over 80% full camp management have the right to book in another group following consultation with the booked group.
(b) Should you request the sole use of the camp but camper numbers are insufficient to fully utilize the facilities, the camp management reserves the right to charge for a percentage of the unused rooms.
(c) When small groups using the camp, request the sole use of the kitchen, dinning or auditorium there will be a surcharge as this restricts the use of the camp facilities for other camp bookings.
